Talk therapy works with the mind, but trauma and stress live in the body. Using my immersive method with premium noise-isolating headphones and blackout blindfolds, we bypass the analytical mind.

This allows you to access the subconscious, process stored emotional patterns at a cellular level, and achieve breakthroughs that cognitive understanding alone often cannot reach. It is a path from "coping" to healing.

The Process / Coaching Framework

1. Preparation (The Coaching Container) Before we breathe, we talk. We assess your current nervous system state, identify emotional blockages, and set a clear intention. This is a safe, non-judgmental space to be vulnerable.

2. The Immersion (The Experience) Guided by a curated soundscape and my voice, you enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness. Here, we safely release suppressed emotions - like grief, anger, or fear - creating space for new energy.

3. Integration (The Evolution) The most important phase. We do not leave you "open." Through grounded integration coaching, we translate your insights into actionable changes for your daily life, relationships, and leadership.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is this therapy? It is a therapeutic practice based on somatic release and nervous system regulation. While I am trauma-informed and trained to hold space for deep processes, I am not a psychotherapist. For acute psychiatric conditions, please consult a doctor.

  • What if I have past trauma? Safety is my highest priority. We work at your pace. You are always in control of the intensity. My method is designed to gently release trauma without re-traumatising the system (titration).

  • What happens emotionally during a session? It varies. You might experience physical tingling, temperature changes, or emotional release (tears, laughter, anger). All of this is welcome and safe. It is the body's way of completing stress cycles.

  • How do I prepare for a session? Wear comfortable clothes, avoid heavy meals 2 hours prior, and ensure you have a quiet space (if online) where you won't be disturbed
